Dr. Druin holds a Doctor of Engineering Sciences with thirty-nine years of technical R & D, and management accomplishments, including sixteen issued U.S. patents in plastic films, engineering resins, composites and packaging, and the author of over forty-five papers and conference presentations in plastics and packaging. As Campbell Soup Corporate Vice President, he was responsible for the company’s worldwide R & D packaging organization and corporation’s capital budget. At New Jersey Institute of Technology, he founded and started-up the Center for Processing of Plastic Packaging (CPPP). Dr. Druin also founded M. L. Druin & Associates (consulting group) and co-founded PolyPlas Development (a contract R & D company), both specializing in packaging systems for food and beverage applications, and advanced plastic materials.
